Privacy policy
What stays with you, and what does not.
Inhale & Release is run by R Emerson Inc. This covers both the app and this website. Last updated 2 October 2026.
On your device
Most of it never leaves.
Your practice is kept on your phone. None of the following is sent to us, and we cannot see it.
Because this lives only on your device, it is not backed up by us. If you delete the app or lose the phone, it goes with it.
With an account
What is held on our servers.
The daily practice works without an account. An account is only needed to practise with other people and to subscribe. If you create one, these are held against it.
If you turn on reminders, your device gives the app a notification token so reminders can be delivered. Turning reminders off stops it.
For a moment
Finding your birthplace.
When you search for the town you were born in, the name you type is sent to Open-Meteo’s place search to find it and its time zone. It is a lookup, not a record: it is not linked to you or kept by us.
Who else touches it
The services used.
These are the services that hold or handle account data. None of them receive the things kept on your device.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.
On this website
Separate from the app.
The website runs on WordPress. If you buy something, order and delivery details are handled by the shop. If you subscribe to the letter, your email address is held by Brevo until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any letter.
The site uses analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That is about pages, not people.
Booking and coaching
What you tell me to begin.
Booking a call or a coaching programme is handled by Cal.com. It holds your name, your email address, the time you chose, and whatever you write on the booking form. For coaching that includes your date, time and place of birth, which are what your chart is read from. They are used for your work with me, and for nothing else: they are not published, and they are not sold.
Payment for a booking is taken by Whop, the processor behind Cal.com’s payments. Card details go to them and are never seen by us. Orders from the shop are separate, and go through the website’s own checkout.
Birth details you type into the app are a different thing entirely. Those stay on your phone, and are not sent anywhere, including to me.
Your say
Keeping, and deleting.
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account from inside the app. That removes it from our servers, and at the same moment clears the practice kept on that phone.
If you want a copy of what is held about you, or you cannot reach the app to delete it yourself, write from the contact form using the email address on the account. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription, which is managed through your Apple ID or Google account.
Make a requestThe rest
Children, and changes.
The app is not intended for children under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them. If you believe a child has an account, write in and it will be removed.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about any of it can go through the contact form.
Your practice is yours. It stays with you.
