Inhale & ReleaseThe great work · in progress
Turn what’s hidden into gold.
The old alchemists weren’t really trying to make gold out of lead. They were trying to transmute themselves. That’s what we’re doing here, one element at a time, with the science and the sacred together. This page grows as the path unfolds as we walk with Matías and the Alkemia Path.
The Alchemical Path
What we’re doing.
We’re walking element by element through the periodic table, a new one every thirteen days. For each one we find the quality, the psychology, the deity, and the mantra (sacred sound) that match it. Chemistry meets consciousness, and you get a practice out of it.
This is the path taught by Matías De Stefano, walked here and taught plainly, the way I’d explain it to my own daughter.
We’re fifteen elements in, on phosphorus, the light-bearer. The ones we’ve walked glow gold on the table below. When the first pass through the table is done, every element comes into the app, so you can pick any one up and work it as a practice.

Every element, waiting.
Energy is never made and never destroyed. Our only work is to move it.

A letter each new moon.
When the moon resets, I’ll send you what’s ahead in the sky, a practice to meet it, and what I’m working on, including each new element. It’s only a phase, after all.
