There is a very famous mantra that seems to encapsulate the essence of Helium in Aries; The Gayatri Mantra.
It is a very powerful mantra which is praising the first light of dawn known as the God Savitar.
Om Bhūr Bhuvaḥ Swaḥ,
Tat Savitur Vareñyaṃ,
Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi,
Dhiyo Yo Naḥ Prachodayāt
Om the physical, mental and spiritual realms,
Might we make our own that desirable effulgence of god Savitur,
We meditate on this one who will rouse forth our insights.
It is purifying and an announcement of a sacred beginning. After Isha was born, we were put into a room to recover and be monitored for the next day. After a couple hours, I could see the light of morning start to seep through the 
hospital
window shades. Within moments the sky began a dance of colors as the sun rose. The northern lights shining just a few short hours prior had ignited the kaleidoscope of the dawn sky.
I held Isha at the window as we gazed outside, then began chanting this mantra. Honoring this most auspicious God of the morning; celebrating Isha’s first dawn. Her beginning.
As Hydrogen condenses to create the fusion energy of HElium, so too is the light of inspiration condensed into expression.
