The emotion of Frustration can likely go without explanation. We have all been there. Being inconvenienced, being made wrong by others, being delayed, anything to hinder our journey can typically bring up feelings of frustration. It feels like a blockade on our path, or a kink in our energy flow.

We balance this feeling of frustration with Peace. With a peaceful heart, we can navigate these frustrations with the efficiency of a ninja. Instead of resisting whatever is causing the frustration, we can navigate it and see how whatever is happening can be incorporated into our journey. What is the frustration telling us about this moment? With peace in our heart, we can know.
