Day 2: Darkness and Light

Still focusing on the Third Eye Chakra, we will continue to release the tension that may be hiding in our mind.

We will be working with the emotions of Darkness and Light. Darkness represents the parts of our psyche that are selfish, lazy, and chaotic. Light represents the joy of conscious, the illumination of intellect when we are aligned with truth and joy.

We will continue to use the Neck Release meridians for these emotions.
