Baby: Mama… what happens to Beryllium in Libra?
Mother: Now we enter the alchemical process of sublimation.
It is when something rises from a dense form into a more refined state.
Baby: It just… rises?
Mother: Yes. It transforms by becoming lighter… more subtle… more elevated.
In alchemy, sublimation is the lifting of matter toward spirit.
Baby: That sounds beautiful.
Mother: It is. And Libra teaches balance; the harmony that allows this rising to happen smoothly.
Baby: So Beryllium helps things rise?
Mother: In a symbolic way, yes.
Beryllium is extremely light, yet very strong. Because of this, it’s used where precision and lightness must work together in perfect balance.
Baby: Light… but stable.
Mother: Exactly. That is sublimation.
Becoming refined enough to move gracefully within reality, rather than trying to escape from it.
Baby: What are we lifting inside ourselves?
Mother: If we keep a high internal vibration, we can experience balance in our reaction, emotions and perceptions
Baby: Is that what balance really means?
Mother: Yes. Balance is adjusting continuously so energy can move upward without collapsing.
Baby: Like when I wobble but don’t fall?
Mother: Perfect example. I see you getting better every day as you notice where your balance is. This is that elegant adjustment that Libra teaches.
Baby: So we don’t force ourselves upward?
Mother: Once we are in balance, rising happens on its own.
Baby: What does Beryllium teach us here?
Mother: Hold structure. Reduce heaviness. Maintain harmony.
Become light enough to rise, and stable enough to stay integrated.
Together:
We rise through harmony.
We refine through balance.
We become light without losing form.
