Day 26: Lithium in Taurus

Mantra: I Have Lithium. I Have the firmness of the stone that sustains me.
Activation: Gently contract and release the pelvis.
Mother: Batteries only work for our purposes because they have Lithium inside that is very excitable. When we create a specific path for the energy to move, the power can be directed in very useful ways. Like turning on your night light!
Baby: I’m so glad to have a light that can move with me where ever I go.
Mother: This is possible because of the boundaries around the energy. They are guides to move the power in a particular way.
Baby: Is it possible that we could do this too?
Mother: Yes! If we sit with our legs crossed and feet tucked against our thighs, we create a circuit within our body. Then we use our breath and our voice to cultivate internal energy.
Baby: But where will the energy go? Could I explode?
Mother: *laughs* not explode, but it could get hot. It is important to consciously choose where to direct the energy, and if your mind gets too busy, use your hand to transfer the energy into the ground.
Baby: That sounds scary Mommy.
Mother: It is something to take very slowly. We teach our body to handle the energy and release the excess. We create a suitable container for the energy, just like a battery.
Baby: Can I be just a baby battery?
Mother: Yes, my dearest daughter. And when you are ready, we can test your bravery and expand together.
