What is the 9 Nights of the Goddess?

This sacred 9-day program is a guided immersion into the Navadurga — the nine forms of Goddess Durga.

Daily Mantra Practice
Each morning, we gather online for 108 recitations of the secret mantra of KamalatmikaShe Who Dwells in Lotuses, Goddess of prosperity, purity, integrity, and generosity.
For the full effect, this mantra is recommended three times daily: morning, noon, and night.

This rhythm of devotion will carry you through Navratri with clarity, strength, and radiant energy.

What if I can’t attend live each morning?
No problem. You’ll receive the daily email with links and audio so you can practice at a time that works for you.

Do I need prior experience?
No experience needed. The program is beginner-friendly and nourishing for advanced practitioners alike. The Sanskrit can be challenging, but there are recordings to follow along.

How long should I set aside each day?
The core ritual takes about 5-10 minutes, and can be done any time of the day. The mantra recitation takes 15–25 minutes for 108 repetitions. If doing the full program, the mantra recitation should be done three times a day. On occasion there will be an additional recording, practice or meditation included in the email.

The full program is flexible — deepen as your schedule allows.
