Emotions: Grossness and Purity.

Grossness is the lack of self-respect and self-care for our body. It is the allowance of internal infestations and build up, which expresses outwardly through our inaction to keep our body surface and environment clean.

Purity is the dissolution of the entrapment of inadequacy or inferiority; the sticky energy that accumulates and slows us down. The endearing, innocent energy of a child playing in the mud is undeniable. Their purity cannot be tarnished, and a simple rinse is enough to bring them back to cleanliness. In this same way, we balance grossness with the halo of purity.
