Day 3: Ignorance and Wisdom

Day 3 of the 3rd Eye Chakra. As we work towards more clarity of mind, we can bring more conscious awareness to our actions and opinions. Today we will be balancing Ignorance and Wisdom. Ignorance is represented by our unconscious mind that is deluded into thinking unclearly. It is the shroud of confusion that keeps us from seeing a higher truth. Wisdom is represented by that interconnectedness of understanding. Seeing clearly the innerworkings of many variables and perspectives.

We will be working with the neck release Meridians for this meditation.
